Industrial Electromechanical Technician (Olot)

You will work in the maintenance department carrying out the following tasks:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance at an electromechanical level of the plant's industrial machinery and equipment (motors, servomotors, valves, photocells, relays, etc.), ensuring the quality of the work performed, in a safe manner and in the shortest possible time.
• Participation in the assembly and installation of industrial equipment.
• Identifying faults through PLCs.
• Reviewing the automation systems used in the process.
• Proper use of maintenance warehouse materials to guarantee their performance, helping to maintain minimum inventory and manage spare parts or material stock.
• Inspection of electrical panels and installation and inspection of the plant's electrical systems.
• Carrying out the necessary modifications to improve machine operability.
• Following the maintenance plan/schedule.
• Ensuring the proper use of machinery and facilities.
• Complying with good practices in occupational safety.
• Training production teams in the proper use of machinery.

You will have a stable, permanent contract directly with the company. Your working day will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts alternating every two weeks between mornings and afternoons, and occasionally some weekends (overtime). Your salary will be approximately €30K.

• Experience in maintaining industrial machinery in production processes or logistics machinery (conveyors, belts, motors).
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge to repair and diagnose faults.
• Higher or intermediate vocational training (CFGS or CFGM) related to Electricity and Mechanics.

Podrás trabajar en el departamento de mantenimiento realizando las siguientes tareas:

• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a nivel electromecánico de la maquinaria y equipos industriales de la planta (motores, servomotores, válvulas, fotocélulas, relés, etc.) asegurando la calidad de los trabajos realizados, de forma segura y en el menor tiempo posible.
• Participación en el montaje e instalación de los equipos industriales.
• Identificar averías a través de PLC.
• Revisión de las automatizaciones que se utilizan en el proceso.
• Uso apropiado de los materiales del almacén de mantenimiento para garantizar sus prestaciones, ayudando a mantener el mínimo inventario y a la gestión de stock de repuestos o material.
• Revisión de cuadros eléctricos e instalación y revisión de la parte eléctrica de la planta.
• Realización de las modificaciones necesarias para la mejor operatividad de las máquinas.
• Seguir el plan/calendario de mantenimiento.
• Velar por el buen uso de la maquinaria e instalaciones.
• Cumplir con las buenas prácticas en materia de seguridad laboral.
• Formar a equipos de producción en el buen uso de la maquinaria.

Tendrás un contrato estable, indefinido directamente por empresa, tu jornada será completa de 40 horas a la semana en horario de L a V en horario rotativo cada dos semanas de mañana y tarde y puntualmente algún fin de semana (HE). Tu salario será de 30K aproximadamente.

• Experiencia en mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial de procesos productivos o maquinaria de logística (cintas, bandas, motores)
• Conocimientos eléctricos y mecánicos para reparar y diagnosticar averías.
• Formación CFGS o CFGM relacionado con Electricidad y Mecánica.
