About the role

In our patient care team at a renowned health insurer, we are looking for customer service agents with Catalan and a service-oriented attitude.

What you'll do

  • Customer service calls for major Health Insurer.

  • Information on medical charts and management of authorizations for diagnostic tests: X-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms, MRIs, CT scans, etc.

What you'll get

  • Fixed-discontinuous contract until 31/03/2027 (approx.). 1-month probation period.

  • Schedule: 39 hours per week

  • Shift: Split shift within the 09:00 to 20:00 time frame, with 2 hours for lunch
