The role

We are looking to bring on staff for agricultural duties combining tasks of crop irrigation/fertigation and tractor and agricultural machinery operation, ensuring proper maintenance of systems and equipment.

The selected candidate will work in coordination with supervisors, foremen/forewomen, and production technicians.

What you'll do

Carrying out irrigation and fertigation according to the supervisor's instructions
Assembly and checking of mobile irrigation systems
Basic maintenance of irrigation installations
Operation of tractor and agricultural machinery in crop work
Basic maintenance, cleaning, and proper use of machinery
Recording completed work in internal systems
Support in various agricultural tasks as needed
Compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and occupational risk prevention standards

The work will be carried out on the farms the company has in Torrevieja, near San Miguel de Salinas.
