IT Coordinator – IT Coordinator

JOB MISSION:

Reporting to the Logistic & IT Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the systems team made up of 2 IT Administrators to ensure the availability of systems and plant infrastructure.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Administer and maintain business applications and infrastructure, according to quality criteria, cost, and established deadlines.
  • Manage and administer IT assets, ensuring their updating and maintenance in accordance with company standards.
  • Plan the annual budget together with the department manager.
  • Act as the liaison / point of contact with the central support team and assigned service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's cybersecurity policies.
  • Coordinate the implementation of IT projects, both local and global, ensuring their correct implementation within the stipulated timeframe.
    • Analysis of client needs and requirements
    • Definition of the project scope together with the department director
    • Manage the necessary actions to achieve project completion
    • Identification of required personnel, resources, and eligible suppliers
    •  Analysis of proposed solutions and budget negotiation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree related to Systems or Computer Engineering.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 4 years in an IT department.
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating an IT team for at least 2 years.
  • Analytical skills for requirements analysis.
  • Teamwork skills. Proactivity and assertiveness.
  • Results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and deep knowledge of IT best practices.
  • Mandatory: High level of English and Spanish.

Nice to have

  • Experience in industrial environments with MES.
  • PowerBi knowledge.
