What we're looking for

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the design and calculation of electrical, HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation, DHW, fire protection, and plumbing installations in residential projects, of which at least 5 years must have been in Madrid.
Education: Technical or Higher Engineer, or Architect.
Software: Autocad/Tekton 3D/Presto
Knowledge: Expert in building installation regulations (CTE, REBT, RITE)
Resident in Madrid

The role

From the P&PD engineering department (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for a Facilities Project Coordinator in Madrid,

We are looking for a technical or industrial engineer with demonstrable knowledge and experience in the coordination and drafting of installation projects, primarily for residential buildings.

What you'll do

Coordination of local projects (Madrid), with a team of engineers and BIM modelers reporting to you.
Integration into the engineering team according to your specialty to participate in projects outside of Madrid.
Design and calculation of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installations.
Participation in project follow-up meetings with clients.
Advising clients on procedures with administrations and supply companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will report directly to the Manager of the Málaga office.
When performing Coordinator duties, you will have all the engineers and BIM technicians of the Málaga office under your charge.
When performing project engineer duties, you will be in charge of the project coordinator.
