- Proven Retail experience in Team Management and Customer Assistance in the same position as a Store Assistant Manager in high-turnover stores or as a Store Manager in a medium-turnover store.

The role
We are looking to hire a second store assistant manager on a temporary basis for our point of sale located in Cañada, Marbella.
What you'll do
- Guide the customer in their purchasing decision and in the distribution of merchandise in store.
- Actively manage visual merchandising and window dressing tasks in order to follow the image set by the company.
- Ensure general compliance with the brand image.
- Collaborate in the monitoring of KPIs (TM, UPT, and CV) and of the point of sale sales, and in the achievement of them.
- Guarantee a good customer experience with the objective of achieving customer loyalty.
- Collaborate in activities relating to merchandise at the point of sale.
- Actively collaborate in the training of professionals at the point of sale.
- Under the supervision of the store director, plan and coordinate the daily activities of all staff.
