For our Power Division, we are looking to hire a Senior HSE Engineer Power with extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in industrial projects, especially in the energy sector and in combined cycle plants.

The selected person will participate in projects of high technical value and international scope, contributing to the development of a preventive culture, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSE standards throughout the various phases of the projects.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and review HSE plans, procedures, and documentation linked to health, safety, and environmental management systems.

  • Participate in HSE audits and inspections at national and international project sites, verifying compliance with applicable requirements.

  • Drive safety programs, campaigns, and initiatives, fostering a preventive culture and continuous improvement within project teams.

  • Perform risk assessments and incident investigations, collaborating in cause analysis and the definition of corrective and preventive measures using methodologies such as TapRooT.

  • Coordinate and provide technical support to site HSE teams, facilitating the application of corporate standards and the exchange of best practices.
