The role

For our TR Power Division, we need to recruit a Senior HSE Engineer Power, whose functions will be the following:

Preparation and review of HSE plans, procedures, and management system documentation.
Participation in HSE audits and inspections at international project sites.
Drive health, safety, and environmental programs and campaigns.
Support in the preparation of HSE documentation for tenders and proposals.
Assistance in audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE reporting activities.
Support in the development, monitoring, and analysis of HSE key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as in digitalization initiatives.
Coordinate and provide technical support to site HSE teams.
Supervise compliance with HSE legislation, regulations, and corporate standards.
Prepare HSE reports and propose improvement actions.
Manage the HSE assessment of subcontractors and the relationship with clients, authorities, and other project entities (partners, e.g.).
