What we're looking for

University degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar).
At least 10 years of experience in the described functions.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL).
Good knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management systems.
High level of English (C1).

Nice to have

Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will be valued.
Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and motivation to develop a professional career in HSE within an international environment.

The role

For our Construction HSE department, we need a Senior OHS Engineer, whose functions will be:

What you'll do

Preparation and management of the HSE documentation necessary for the start of activities on site.
Representation of the company before external bodies regarding Safety, Health, and Environment.
Coordination and support to the Site HSE Manager in the implementation and monitoring of HSE systems.
Carrying out studies, evaluations, inspections, and investigations related to HSE.
Preparation of periodic reports and definition of HSE objectives and indicators.
Management of HSE awareness and recognition programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
Support in the investigation of serious accidents and monitoring of corrective actions.
Supervision of compliance with corporate HSE standards and applicable legal requirements.
Development and implementation of HSE procedures on site.
Coordination of internal, external, and certification audits.
HSE evaluation and pre-qualification of contractors and subcontractors.
Participation in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.Minimum professional experience of 10 years in similar HSE functions.
