  • Prepare the necessary documents for the start of on-site work (Safety, Health, and Environment).
  • Represent Técnicas Reunidas in external HSE organizations.
  • Coordinate and provide support to the Site HSE Manager.
  • Conduct studies, assessments, inspections, and investigations as required.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports and objective proposals.
  • Develop, update, and manage HSE programs, including campaigns, awards, and recognition programs.
  • In the event of a serious site accident, provide support to the accident investigation team as requested.

  • Develop on-site HSE procedures.
  • Establish and maintain the necessary tools for monitoring HSE standards.
  • Attend and participate in Corporate HSE audits and external HSE certification audits.
  • Develop HSE prequalification for subcontractors.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
  • More than 10 years of experience in the described functions.
