What we're looking for
We are looking to hire a professional with:
- Higher university degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports (ICCP).
- More than 10 years of experience in supervision, execution, and/or management of civil infrastructure works.

The role
Within the Civil Infrastructure and Construction management area, we have a project construction management team specialized in Data Centers. Currently in Spain, due to the high pace of project growth, we are looking to incorporate a Civil Engineer or a Civil Engineer specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports to carry out the management and supervision of Civil Engineering projects , which will include some Data Centers or their external infrastructures.
What you'll do
As Works Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day review of projects, with a constructive focus. You will be responsible for supervising the entire construction process of several works, to ensure that project requirements and client expectations are met.
You will join the Construction Supervision team in Zaragoza and coordinate various disciplines to achieve cohesive and integrated project results.
These will be your main responsibilities in the role:
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, leading multidisciplinary construction and design teams, with special attention to hydraulic and urban development works.
- Effectively control scope, planning, and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Establish and maintain solid and trusting relationships with internal and external clients.
- Review and support project design phases with a clearly constructive focus, ensuring their correct translation to the worksite.
- Promote best practices and innovation in processes and technical solutions.
