The role

As a Junior Microcomputing Field Technician, you will be part of the User Field Support unit.

In this area, we boost labor productivity with user support services, support centers, and other solutions for a fluid and efficient working environment. This support can act proactively or reactively to solve the problem, thereby ensuring business continuity.

Our IT field services team is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and supervision of products on-site for our clients.

What you'll do

Perform the installation, configuration, replacement, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and other devices and peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems, corporate applications, and workstation tools, ensuring their correct operation.
Provide on-site technical support to standard and VIP users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents.
Manage the tracking and escalation of incidents, collaborating with other technical teams until their correct resolution is ensured.
Keep the IT asset inventory updated, as well as the record of tickets, interventions, and associated technical documentation.
