Step Up! Program - Marketing Internship

Hello! We are Aegon and we believe that after learning about our Step Up! Program you'll fall in love. 🙏

You're probably looking for your first work experience, and an insurance company isn't exactly the most appealing option, we know... 👾 But appearances can be deceiving: let's just say that last week our fax machine and typewriter from the last century broke down 😂, so we've gotten down to updating things and we've gone all out. Two quick examples: we've completely renovated our offices to adapt them to a hybrid work model (working two days a week from the office to share time with your team and the rest of the days from wherever you want 🏝️). And also, since we've evolved our collaborative culture, Forbes List has recognized us as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work for in Spain 👑. You'll become part of the scholarship community of the "Step Up!" Program. During your onboarding, you'll become familiar with Aegon and the different areas of the company, you'll be assigned a Buddy (a current employee who helps you when you're new) and, of course, you'll have the opportunity to meet your team and the CEO. • SEO Web & BLOG

  • You will develop SEO skills: an analytical approach to understand and leverage data from search engine positioning strategies for the Company's Website and Blog.

  • Writing, reviewing, and optimizing content.

  • You will learn how to use the Blog's content management system (Wordpress).

• Social Media

  • Support in creating monthly calendars.

  • Designing creatives.

  • Support in building an active community on our main profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, etc.)

• Others

  • Developing and adapting messages to the brand's tone.

  • Collaboration in developing the Company's Online Reputation strategy, monitoring opinions and/or incidents on different forums and websites.

  • Collaboration with other areas of the Digital Marketing Department and the Company.

💪 You'll be an active part of real projects and your opinion will be taken into account just like everyone else's. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals. We have a training plan prepared to help you with your first steps

🤸♂️ We believe in flexibility through our hybrid work model: we offer the possibility of working remotely at least three days a week, as well as spending time in offices adapted to the agile methodology.

🤟 We don't have a dress code, come as you are to our offices

Scholarship lasting a minimum of 6 months, with the ideal option to extend up to 9 months to develop the full vision of the scholarship with the commercial campaign. Part-time morning hours, with flexible scheduling.

Probablemente estarás buscando tu primera experiencia laboral y una aseguradora no es que sea lo más apetecible, we know... 👾 Pero las apariencias engañan: digamos que la semana pasada se nos estropeó el fax y la máquina de escribir del siglo pasado 😂, así que nos hemos puesto a actualizar cosas y hemos tirado la casa por la ventana. Dos ejemplos rápidos: hemos renovado totalmente nuestras oficinas para adaptadas a un modelo de trabajo híbrido (eso de trabajar dos días por semana desde la ofi para compartir tiempo con tu equipo y el resto de los días desde donde tú quieras 🏝️). • SEO Web & BLOG

  • Desarrollarás habilidades SEO: enfoque analítico para comprender y aprovechar los datos que surgen de las estrategias de posicionamiento en buscadores para la Web y el Blog de la Compañía.

  • Redacción, revisión y optimización de contenido.

  • Aprenderás el manejo del gestor de contenidos del Blog (Wordpress).

• Redes Sociales

  • Soporte en la ideación de los calendarios mensuales.

  • Diseño de creatividades.

  • Soporte en la generación de una comunidad activa en nuestros principales perfiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, etc.)

• Otros

  • Desarrollo y adecuación de mensajes al tono de marca.

  • Colaboración en el desarrollo de la estrategia de Reputación Online de la Compañía, dando seguimiento a opiniones y/o incidencias en diferentes foros y webs.

  • Colaboración con otras áreas del Dpto. de Marketing Digital y de la Compañía.

🤸♂️ Apostamos por la flexibilidad a través de nuestro modelo de trabajo híbrido: contamos con la posibilidad de teletrabajar al menos tres días por semana y también de compartir tiempo en unas oficinas adaptadas a la metodología ágil.

Beca de duración mínima 6 meses, con la opción ideal de prorrogar hasta 9 meses para desarrollar la visión completa de la beca con la campaña comercial. Jornada parcial de mañana, con flexibilidad de horario.
