• Integration into the Finance Analytics team, combining the development of business analysis with active participation in financial and management planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze the evolution of key business indicators and results: production, portfolio, persistence, premiums, claims, commissions, and expenses, identifying trends and their economic impacts.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget, forecasts, and business plans, developing projections and scenarios and analyzing deviations against the budget and previous periods.
• Prepare and evolve periodic reporting and analyses for management and other areas, ensuring data consistency and providing clear explanations regarding the evolution of the business and results.
• Develop and maintain analytical processes and models in Python or R to automate information processing, projections, and reporting, with quality controls and traceability.
• Collaborate with Finance and business areas in defining hypotheses, validating data, and interpreting results, considering Local, Solvency II, IFRS 17, and US GAAP frameworks where applicable
