Within the Bancassurance area, you will contribute to the development and growth of the business through collaboration with strategic partners, analysis of opportunities, and participation in initiatives that drive the evolution of our alliances.

• Maintain a close relationship with alliance partners and those responsible for each business, collaborating on the development and monitoring of joint projects.
• Work jointly with those responsible for each line of business to identify opportunities for growth, evolution, and improvement, driving the definition and execution of key strategic initiatives and projects.
• Actively participate in strategic and cross-functional projects within the context of our alliance, collaborating with different areas of the organization and our partners.
• Monitor commercial activity, contributing to value generation and the analysis of business evolution.
• Continuously analyze the market, sector trends, and competitor activity, providing relevant information for business evolution.
• Collaborate in the preparation of documentation and materials for joint committees between Aegon and its strategic partners, facilitating the contribution of knowledge and expertise to the business.

We are looking for a person with initiative, analytical skills, and a business orientation, with an interest in the financial and insurance sector and a desire to develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Postgraduate education will be positively valued.
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in business development, corporate development, consulting, or in the insurance, banking, or financial sector.
• Experience in project management and execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial and operational analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
