What we're looking for
This is the profile we want to bring on board:
- Higher Degree in Microcomputer Systems and Networks.
- Between 6 months and 1 year in a similar position.
- Knowledge of: Mysql Server and Oracle, operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android, IOS) and Office365.
- High analytical capacity.
- Profile with good social skills and empathy.
- Orientation towards teamwork.
- Vehicle to travel to the offices.
- Availability to work on-call shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in MDM, POS terminals, and peripherals will be a plus.
- We will value having a B1-B2 level of English.

The role
If you enjoy resolving incidents, working with users, and learning quickly, we are looking for an N1 Support Technician.

What you'll do
What functions would you perform in your day-to-day?
- Attention, reception, and resolution of incidents related to both equipment and software.
- Physical support to office users and logistics platforms.
- Monitoring and tracking of IT equipment and services.
- Participation and collaboration in projects for installing new elements, preparing equipment and communications for the opening of new supermarkets, etc.
- Coordination and monitoring of service provider management.
How you'll work
🏡 On-site work at the headquarters in Velilla de San Antonio (Madrid) with visits to the San Blas (Madrid) office depending on the projects.
🖊 Permanent contract.
🕒 40-hour workday from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts:
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 14:00
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
- Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00
On-site and/or telephone on-call duties on weekends or holidays, on rotation with the rest of the team.
