Junior Mechanical Technician – Technical Support

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join the industrial technical support team.

This role combines technical diagnostics, incident resolution, customer support, and coordination with international support teams located in the USA and LATAM, ensuring coverage within their time zone.

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and hardware incidents on industrial printers.
• Provide remote support, guiding the customer or internal technician to resolve the fault.
• Travel to facilities when the issue cannot be resolved remotely.
• Analyze failures, review technical documentation, and propose solutions.
• Perform adjustments, calibrations, and functional tests.
• Log incidents in internal ticketing tools and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with other international support centers to transfer cases outside the time zone.
• Participate in improvements to procedures and technical documentation.
• Document processes and maintain good development practices.

• Higher-level vocational qualification (CFGS) in Mechanics, Automotive, or similar.
• Knowledge of hardware, mechanics, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in technical support or industrial machinery is valued (junior level acceptable).

• Advanced level of English (an English test will be administered during the selection process).

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Mecánico/a Junior para unirse al equipo de soporte técnico industrial.

Este rol combina diagnóstico técnico, resolución de incidencias, soporte a cliente y coordinación con equipos internacionales de soporte ubicados en EE.UU y LATAM, asegurando cobertura dentro de su franja horaria.

• Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias mecánicas y de hardware en impresoras industriales.
• Dar soporte remoto guiando al cliente o técnico interno para solventar la avería.
• Acudir a instalaciones cuando el problema no pueda resolverse a distancia.
• Analizar fallos, revisar documentación técnica y proponer soluciones.
• Realizar ajustes, calibraciones y pruebas de funcionamiento.
• Registrar incidencias en herramientas internas de ticketing y elaborar informes técnicos.
• Coordinar con otros centros de soporte internacional para transferir casos fuera de la franja horaria.
• Participar en mejoras de procedimientos y documentación técnica.
• Documentar procesos y mantener buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
