R&D Promoter

• 5 years or more of experience in drafting R&D+i project proposals at regional, national, and, primarily, European levels (H2020 and HE).
• Relevant experience in the promotion of R&D+i activities and international research talent.
• Specific knowledge of regional, national, and European programs, strategic plans, and calls.
• High level of English, written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Availability to travel.

• Master's / postgraduate level linked to innovation management and promotion.
• High level of communication
• Demonstrable experience and contacts in sectors of interest to the center (transport, energy, and industry).
• Ability to present and promote results.
• Business development skills.
• Ability to work in a team and to lead teams.
• Ability to promote and generate ideas and initiatives in collaboration with internal and external agents.

• Higher degree/Bachelor's degree in the scientific-

technological field, preferably in the engineering branch.

As part of the R&D Business Development team, your tasks will be:

• Business development linked to R&D+i activities, including commercial action within the industrial sector.
• Leading the acquisition of R&D+i projects in regional, national, and European calls.
• Coordinating and supervising the preparation of R&D+i proposals.
• Promoting cooperation with universities, technological centers, and industry, at both national and international levels.
• Active participation in platforms and forums (regional, national, and European) related to the center's priority areas of activity (transport, energy, and industry).
• Active participation in the definition of exploitable

results and the exploitation pathways for the center's main results.
