What you'll do
As part of the Laser Systems & Applications Unit within the R&D area, you will be responsible for the following functions:
- Lead the technology lines in optical monitoring, acoustics, and laser spectroscopy, promoting the development and maturation of new lines of work.
- Coordinate and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate and participate in the execution of European and national R&D&i projects.
- Act as the technical interlocutor with companies and technological partners, facilitating the definition and monitoring of R&D projects.
- Drive technology transfer, the exploitation of results, and the positioning of the center.
