Daily care for patients at their homes, in consultation, or remotely to provide various discharge services, equipment reviews, incident resolution, and equipment removal, striving for personalized and specialized care, informing patients and their families as well as verifying the understanding of the information provided, according to the procedures of the AL Group. Their main function will be to attend to patients for Sleep, BiPAP, Aerosol therapy, Oxygen therapy, Mechanical Ventilation, or other therapies as a Cough Assistant/ Secretion Aspirator/ Infant Apnea Monitor. Possible participation in care projects.
Contact the patient or their family.
Describe and instruct the patient/family/caregivers on the prescribed therapy, the equipment and the consumable accessory material that will be used, as well as aspects relating to safety, hygiene, and related maintenance.
Provide the patient and their family with educational, audiovisual, and/or digital material regarding their therapy, the equipment, and other installed material, ensuring the good understanding of the patient and/or their caregiver.
Ensure the adequate stratification of the Care Plan.
Daily care for patients at their homes, in consultation, or remotely to provide various discharge services, incidents, equipment reviews, and removal of the same, striving for personalized and specialized care according to the detailed action protocols of the Air Liquide group for each operation, which are mandatory.
Notify therapeutic compliance, detected anomalies, removals, and equipment breakdowns to the corresponding person in charge (Care Manager, Operations Manager, and Administrative Staff).
Compliance with the rules for using work tools.
Compliance with current work procedures.
Use of equipment, measuring equipment, and systems associated with the workstation for the execution and coordination of their tasks.
