Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or air transport within the healthcare area.
• Solid knowledge of Air Logistics operations, international transport, and supply chain.
• Experience in operational shipment management and incident resolution in logistics environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple operations simultaneously in a dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
• Organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical capacity and attention to detail to guarantee the quality of operational execution.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of logistics and transport operating tools and systems.
• High level of English, both oral and written.

Currently, Kuehne+Nagel is selecting an Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist to join its team at its offices located in Barcelona. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating healthcare product shipments accurately and punctually, guaranteeing transit requirements, routes, carriers, and quality and compliance standards.

• Comprehensive coordination of healthcare air shipments, managing bookings, documentation, tracking, and incident resolution.
• Monitoring of shipments and updating information in KN systems, including costs and possible deviations.
• Coordination with Customer Care, gateways, warehouses, customs, RCC, suppliers, and carriers to guarantee compliance with customer requirements.
• Review and management of loading instructions, routes, transit times, rates, and possible discrepancies or regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring of carrier and supplier performance, escalating incidents and ensuring compliance with agreed commitments.
• Guaranteeing compliance with KN HealthChain / GxP standards, using duly qualified suppliers and participating in the management and investigation of deviations via eQMS.
• Collaboration with Optimization, Sales, and Customer Care teams to improve processes, automate operations, and ensure the correct implementation of new accounts.
• Participation in continuous improvement and compliance with mandatory KN HealthChain training plans, keeping SOPs and operational documentation up to date.
