We are looking for a motivated and talented recent graduate to join our Role-Ready Graduate Program as a Field Electrical Maintenance Specialist, based in El Morell (Tarragona).

This is a permanent position from day one, designed to prepare recent graduates to achieve long-term success in their target role through a structured development itinerary.

Depending on the position's requirements, this itinerary may include a combination of on-the-job training, project participation, mentoring, job shadowing, functional assignments, technical training, and other development experiences.

The estimated development period to reach full readiness for the role is approximately 12-18 months, although this timeframe may vary depending on individual progress and business needs.

You will join the Southern Europe Maintenance team and contribute to maintaining our production facilities in optimal operating conditions, ensuring safe and reliable production with minimum downtime, while developing the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to perform the role autonomously and successfully.

As a Field Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will participate in real engineering challenges from day one. You will combine practical field work with technical problem-solving, contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and reliability of critical production assets.

This position will offer you exposure to:

• High and low voltage electrical systems.

• Motors, compressors, rotating equipment, and control systems.

• Modern maintenance technologies and digital tools, including SAP.

• Plant improvement projects and reliability programs.

• Preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Commissioning activities and startup of new facilities.

• General shutdowns and major maintenance interventions.

• Various production plants in Spain and Portugal.

Working alongside highly experienced professionals, you will progressively assume responsibilities in maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, developing solid industrial experience across different production technologies.
