What you'll do

  • Validation and implementation of new versions of PMR/TETRA and 3GPP critical communication systems.
  • Management of different incidents with the objective of meeting SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction. Including the analysis of the same for their resolution when possible or their management with support levels 3 and 4.
  • Ensure 24-hour technical assistance (at company or customer facilities), in accordance with the contracts defined with customers.
  • Possess minimum knowledge aimed at technical support, with continuous training. Know the system and stay up to date with its updates and modifications.
  • Preparation of the necessary documentation relating to both internal and external technical support, as well as the technical training provided in the projects.

Education & certifications

  • Telecommunications Engineering, IT or similar; or equivalent training.
  • Experience of at least 2 years in tasks similar to those required.
  • Knowledge of PMR/TETRA Technologies, with knowledge of mobile communication applications, architecture, and protocols being valued.
  • Knowledge of Computing, Servers, IP networks, and virtual machine environments.
  • Knowledge of script and macro programming with languages such as AutoHotKey, Python, VBA, SQL, etc.
  • Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
