About the role

We are looking for an Early Career Service Delivery Engineer to join our international Digital Infrastructure team in Spain and support the administration, maintenance and continuous evolution of our Control-M platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career who wants to develop technical expertise in enterprise workload orchestration, infrastructure and service management. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a structure knowledge transfer and mentoring environment, gaining hands-on experience while progressively taking ownership of the platform.

This position is designed as an Early Career development opportunity, so you will follow a structured onboarding and learning journey to acquire progressive responsibility. Over time, you will develop both technical and business knowledge, understanding how critical business processes are orchestrated and automated through Control-M across multible Enterprise applications.

What you will do

As Service Delivery Engineer you will contribute to ensuring the availability, stability, performance and security of the Control-M platform.

Your responsibilities will progressively include:

  • Supporting the administration and maintenance of the Control-M Platform
  • Coordinting with our external service provider responsible for daily platform operations
  • Participating in platform installations, configuration, upgrades and maintenance actitivities
  • Assiting in incident, problem and change management activities
  • Supporting platform monitoring and performance optimization.
  • Participating in version upgrades, migrations and patch management.
  • Contributing to platform security, vulnerability management.
  • Helping ensure compliance with security requirements, operational standards and agreed service levels (SLAs)
  • Collaborating on continuous improvement intiatives to enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting integrations between Control-M and enterprise applications (SAP, corporate applications, Ansible..)

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical problems and wants to build a career in a enterprise Digital Infrastructure team and in a international environment.

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Early Career profile (recent gradute or up to approximately 2 years of professional experience)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and to work in an international context
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows administration
  • Basic understanding of scripting and automation concepts
  • Familiarity with Digital/IT Infrastructure or enterprise applications
