Building background
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and/or infrastructure projects ( 10+ years of experience preferred)
Valuable experience in construction projects in the industrial sector.
Project management experience / Project management skills
Quality assurance
Technical management
Procedures follow up
CapEx/OpEx & finance control
R&O management
Planning management
Licenses & administration management
Negotiation level of English

Mandatory experience in building & construction area, as an engineer in field/or as a project technical manager.

The role

An opportunity for a Building & construction engineer/architect has arisen withinAirbus Defense and Space,Getafe, Madrid

The selected candidate will join theFacility Management Real Estate (FMRE)teamand inside FMRE, the Building Construction team. FMRE is a key department in Airbus in charge of: ESG policies in the facilities, all civil works, supply and management of energy, transportation, hospitality, maintenance of the facilities, designing the spaces of the offices, etc.
