The role

Do you like precision work and caring for every detail?

At Airgrup, we are looking to hire a Parts Identification Operator to participate in the manufacturing of metal components destined for the aeronautical sector.

We are looking for a skillful, meticulous, and detail-oriented person who enjoys working with technical parts and understands that, in aeronautics, correct identification and traceability are essential.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to perform the identification and marking of aeronautical metal parts, ensuring that each component is correctly identified according to the drawing and the corresponding technical documentation.

You will work through both manual labeling and laser marking, also performing a visual inspection of the part during the process.

  • Identify metal parts and components destined for the aeronautical sector.
  • Perform manual labeling of parts according to the established specifications.
  • Perform laser marking, following the defined parameters and requirements.
  • Interpret aeronautical drawings and technical documentation to correctly determine the information that each part must incorporate.
  • Visually verify parts during the process, detecting possible defects, damage, or anomalies.
  • Check that the marking and identification performed are correct, legible, and in the specified location.
  • Apply dry lubricant to those parts that require it, following the established instructions and procedures.
  • Comply with established quality, safety, and production procedures.
