The role

We are looking for a Senior Robotics Team Leader with experience to strengthen our Robotics Engineering team at our headquarters. The role will be responsible for leading the definition and validation of robotic solutions, coordinating international engineering teams and driving technical excellence across all projects.

What you'll do

Technical leadership and validation of solutions
Define, design and validate robotic solutions from the conceptual phase through to commissioning.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Lead technical decisions related to robot architecture, cycle times and feasibility.
Validate simulations, offline programming and commissioning strategies.
Team leadership and project execution
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external).
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, deadlines and performance targets.
Provide support during critical phases: design reviews, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and ramp-up.
Define and optimize engineering standards and methodologies.
Ensure knowledge transfer from the commissioning phase to design.
Promote standardization across international projects.

Requirements

Extensive experience in industrial robotics (development and commissioning).
Strong knowledge of platforms such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA or similar.
Proven experience leading technical teams.
Degree in Robotics Engineering, Automation or a related field.
High level of English and Spanish.
High availability for international travel.
