• Lead and coordinate a team of mechanical engineers (including international sites and external suppliers).

• Define concepts and lead conceptual and general design; delegate 3D/2D modeling.

• Select components and ensure technical and purchasing feasibility.

• Implement design standards, templates, and procedures.

• Maintain technical relationship with clients and support tenders and budgets.

#INTELLIGENT ROBOTS

• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar (Master's degree or certifications valued).

• +7 years in mechanical design; +5 years leading multicultural teams.

• 🌍 Experience working with international teams (India valued).

• ✈️ Willingness to travel; passport/visa.

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Manufacturing processes (machining, treatments, finishes).

• Solid Edge / SolidWorks / DraftSight / AutoCAD.

• Design for manufacturing, tolerances, FMEA, finite element method.

• Pneumatics/hydraulics, EPLAN, SAP, advanced Excel.

• Green Belt 6Sigma and machine regulations — a plus.
