Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with experience as a specialized maintenance engineer, with a degree officially recognized for practice in Spain.

Essential requirements

Experience: Verifiable experience of between 3 to 5 years in the management or supervision of maintenance for HVAC and low voltage installations.
Driver's license: Class B.
Officially recognized degree.

Nice to have

Knowledge of energy efficiency.
Use of control systems (BMS) and monitoring systems.
Experience with CMMS.
Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD) and budgeting tools (TCQ, Presto).
Knowledge of photovoltaic installations and on-site experience.
