2-3 years of hands-on lab experience.
Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
Good command of English and Spanish.
Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required
Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)

The role

Are you passionate about innovation and hands-on lab work? Join our dynamic Research & Innovation team as an R&D Technician, where you'll play a key role in developing and testing cutting-edge packaging coatings for the food, caps & closures, and B&B markets.

What you'll do

Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
Hands-On Formulation: Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
Plan & Execute: Organize your daily/weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
Analyze & Report: Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
Grow your Expertise: Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.
