Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and/or related degrees.
Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in an R&D and/or Product Industrialization department, leading technical teams and in formulation (detergents, solid fragrances, dishwashing liquids, air fresheners, etc.)
Technical knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, European and international legislation in detergents and related fields, and ingredients and formulation.
Good level of English (C1).

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in the area of R&D, product development, and/or product industrialization within the chemical sector (household, perfumery, cosmetics), with a good level of English and experience in managing technical teams.

You will lead the development and optimization of household products for our clients, ensuring innovative, competitive, and technically viable formulations that can be successfully implemented at an industrial level.

Development of new formulations, packaging, and product concepts.
Optimization and improvement of existing products in terms of performance, cost, and sustainability.
Technical support to clients, sales departments, and operations.
Design and execution of stability, compatibility, and efficacy tests for formulations.
Generation and maintenance of technical development documentation.
Industrialization of new products.
Definition of technical specifications and quality criteria.
Evaluation and validation of new raw materials and technologies.
Technological monitoring and market trend analysis.
Provide technical support to production, quality, purchasing, and the sales department.
