About the role

Job purpose:

To carry out the testing plan required for the various R&D projects, ensuring the correct characterization of materials, the quality of results, and compliance with established procedures and regulations.

What you'll do

Main duties:

  • Perform testing and characterization of materials and products for R&D projects.
  • Correctly apply the laboratory testing schedule and defined procedures.
  • Support the generation and document management of R&D projects.
  • Collaborate on industrial scale-up and monitoring of in-process product quality.
  • Perform metrology and calibration tasks on testing equipment.
  • Control and manage raw materials, products, and samples in the laboratory.
  • Actively participate in the implementation and improvement of protocols and procedures.
  • Record, update, and report the results of the tests performed.
  • Set up and maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring the proper operation of the laboratory.

  • Specimen molds, scales, balances, and electric mixers.
  • Climate chambers and polishing machine.
  • Office software and SAP.
  • Solid knowledge of general chemistry and statistics.
  • English (technical level).
