About the role

Health can't wait.

No time for symptoms to get worse. No six-month wait for an appointment. No time for the system to catch up. And yet that's how healthcare works today: you wait, until you can't anymore.

Alan exists to put an end to the waiting.

Health is a universal right, and we believe that right only truly matters when it goes hand in hand with prevention. We need to stop seeing health as something you repair and start thinking of it as something you build, day after day. It's not just a matter of willpower: the healthcare system itself must work for everyone, and sustainably.

That's why we're building the new standard in prevention-focused insurance. Alan is the first company to bring insurance, prevention, and care together in a single experience, praised by our members.

We're living an extraordinary adventure: building a world-class company on a global scale, driven by a unique culture. We already serve more than 40,000 client companies of all sizes, cover over one million members, and have surpassed $1B in ARR.

Prevention as the new standard: that's what we're building with our team of more than 800 people. If that speaks to you, know that we're hiring in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

🐼 Who are we?

You. Only better. With Alan.

Alan's vision is to make prevention the new standard of care, for everyone. Our mission: to help everyone live healthy lives until age 100, and to enable employers to make health benefits their most valuable investment, rather than just a cost center.

We're building an end-to-end integrated health partner that seamlessly brings together insurance and smart care offerings within a single system.

By connecting all dimensions of care — private, public, and direct access — we create a health experience designed around the member. We support everyone in taking care of themselves every day and living healthier lives.

🙌 Who are we looking for? 🙌

We are looking for a psychotherapist for our new teletherapy service for our members in Quebec. If you want to be at the forefront of innovation and join an exceptional team, this role is for you. What we're looking for

🌳 Selection criteria:

* Physician member of the Collège des médecins du Québec authorized to practice psychotherapy.

French proficiency recognized for admission to the professional order: individuals who did not study in French must have passed the French exam of the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF), in accordance with the Charter of the French language.

* Good knowledge of CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), schema therapy, EMDR, or ACT therapy.

* Specialties aligned with our members' needs: stress, burnout, self-esteem, depression, and trauma.

* Specialization in therapy with adults.

* At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience.

* Availability of at least 3 hours per week.

* Real comfort with digital tools and platforms.

* Proof of professional liability insurance (minimum of $5M CAD).
