What does Allianz need from you?

• University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, or similar). Master's in Insurance or Commercial Management is valued. At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the Broker Channel or Mediation.
• Deep knowledge of the broker market (structure, main players, competitive dynamics, and trends) and of the Company's processes and structure (operational, commercial, and underwriting flows, and Allianz's internal organization).
• Analytical and decision-making capacity: ability to interpret commercial data, identify trends, prepare diagnoses, and propose evidence-based solutions. Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills for managing relationships with brokerages and internal teams, with a strategic vision and results orientation in dynamic and multifunctional environments.
• Good command of English (B2).

Join the Broker Channel to lead the strategic relationship with the most relevant brokerages and brokers in each area, working hand in hand with the Commercial Management teams in strategic planning, business monitoring, process optimization, and key decision-making for the growth of the channel.

What will you do at Allianz?

• Manage and strengthen the relationship with the most significant brokerages and brokers in each area, acting as the main interlocutor and strategic reference for the Channel, identifying opportunities for growth, acquisition, and loyalty of key intermediaries.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial Management (DC) teams in strategic planning, the definition of joint action plans, and coordination with internal areas (Underwriting, Claims, Operations, etc.) to guarantee excellence in service.
• Perform continuous monitoring of the Broker Channel business, analyzing commercial KPIs, portfolio evolution, production, and profitability for informed decision-making.
• Participate in the review and optimization of the Channel's operational and commercial processes, contributing to the segmentation of intermediaries and the design of differentiated strategies according to the profile and potential of each brokerage.
• Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to Management, facilitating visibility of the Channel's performance and supporting decision-making at a strategic level.
