The role

We are looking for a WFM Schedule Planner to join our Human Resources team. Your main mission will be to guarantee the optimization of talent, compliance with internal methodology, and the correct adequacy of staffing (schedules and tasks) to successfully respond to the needs of our centers.

As part of the WFM team, your functions will be:

Technical management of TWFM software: Configure and keep the corporate Workforce Management tool updated with calendars, profiles, and collaborator data.
Staff planning and dimensioning: Design and adjust the teams' schedules.
Methodological and regulatory control: Ensure strict compliance with current labor legislation and the company's collective agreement.
Internal coordination: Work hand in hand with Center Managers and Directors to define the dimensioning models for each section.
Simplification and optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows to streamline schedule management.
