Route Planner - Afternoon Shift

The route planner is responsible for the management, planning, and monitoring of all routes to be able to reach all our establishments.

• Route planning: designing the most efficient routes and transport loads with specialized software, in which you will be trained, and performing monitoring and optimization of the automatic proposals generated by the system.

• Transport coordination: scheduling collection and delivery times, as well as managing changes that may occur due to external factors and road emergencies.

• Communication: resolving incidents, communicating both with warehouses, with carriers, and with our establishments. Customer service is important, in this case internal and carriers.

• Resource optimization: constantly seeking efficiency improvements to reduce waiting times, minimize kilometers, and maximize vehicle loads.

• Problem solving: identifying and resolving quickly and effectively any problem or setback that may arise during transport.
