What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for retail and if you have:

●Leadership capacity: experience managing the daily needs of the store, optimizing resources, and guaranteeing an excellent shopping experience.
previous experience coordinating people, assigning tasks, and fostering a good working environment.
● Organizational vision: ability- Experience in the management and coordination of people
● Compulsory Secondary Education, Baccalaureate, or Intermediate Vocational Training.
● Proficiency in Cash registers, card terminals, etc.
● Intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or Spreadsheets.
● Availability to work rotating morning-afternoon shifts
● Availability to work weekends
● Full availability between 06:30 and 01:15. The working day will be distributed across several agreed shifts within this time range

The role

As part of the Cashier team, led by the Cashier Manager, your duties will be:

●Provide excellent customer service and checkout service. Clarify doubts and offer services that improve their experience at Alcampo.
●Manage the team's planning: break times and the activity of the checkout assistants at the registers, authorize price changes, cancellations, etc.
●Prepare the daily cash supplies and request change from the bank as needed.
●Perform the opening and closing of the cash register computers and ensure their correct functioning.
●Balance the deposits of bills and coins under your responsibility daily at the end of each shift.
●Participate in the selection, training, and professional development of the cashier team.
