What you'll do
That is why we are looking for our next Floor Supervisor for 30 hours per week with the option to increase
- You will coordinate the floor team
- You will participate in the organization of schedules and supervise compliance with schedules, uniforms, and restaurant rules.
- You will take care of the floor operations: setup and breakdown, stock, replenishment, labeling, cleaning, and maintenance.
- You will manage the customer experience
- You will ensure coordination between the floor and the kitchen, ensuring good communication before, during, and after service.
- You will support inventories and cash closures, as well as the monitoring of the restaurant's main objectives.
- You will detect incidents and opportunities for improvement
- You will be a reference figure for the team
