As a Shift Supervisor in Supermarkets, you will be responsible for:
●Being the host/hostess for our customers, knowing their needs and contributing to their loyalty.
●Guaranteeing the correct implementation of merchandise in the store, paying close attention to the quality and freshness of the products, and ensuring product availability.
●Leading and coordinating the work team, providing them with support in achieving sales objectives.
●Ensuring the proper functioning of the store facilities.
●Participating in the management of the profit and loss account.

We will love to meet you if you have:
●Compulsory Secondary Education (minimum required training).
●Skills: customer orientation, teamwork, proactivity.
●Previous experience is valued but not essential.
