What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years in sales or a similar role, preferably within an international company.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Driver's license is mandatory.
Strategic and analytical mindset
Strong sales and goal-oriented approach
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (Catalunya and North of Spain)

Nice to have

Prior leadership experience is a plus.
Background in healthcare or pharmacy is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

The role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will serve as a strategic point of contact for stakeholders and oversee sales operations. This position involves promoting and selling the organization's products across multiple sales channels while leading a team for Vision Care Portfolio for Catalonia and the North of Spain territory. This position is based in Barcelona. A typical day will include:

Develop and monitor an integrated operational plan which achieves business goals
Meet or excel sales target
Manage operating expenses
Ensure effective management of sales team. Including training and personal development.
Increase sales/ team productivity
Be accountable for collaboration with Customer Accounts, Marketing, Product Managers
