Requirements

What we're looking for

- University degree with training in a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Specialties in Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology).

- At least three years of experience in an in-house Prevention Service.

- Experience using the Smart OSH management tool.

- Availability to travel to the organization's various programs in Spain.

- Ability to work in a team, dynamism, and proactivity in relational and communication matters.

- Ability to adapt to change, planning, and organization.

Nice to have

- Desirable training in matters of gender violence prevention and Equality.

- We value experience in third-sector entities oriented towards children, youth, and families, especially in protection contexts.

The role

The HR Department requires the recruitment of an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician whose role will be the management of the occupational risk prevention plan, and to maintain and develop the organization's prevention management system, ensuring that it is integrated into the different levels, centers, programs, and activities.

The position is located at the National Coordination Office based in the Ciudad Lineal district. This is a permanent position for the organization's structure.

What you'll do

- Occupational risk assessment: Perform, review, or coordinate risk assessments for the various positions and workplaces, especially psychosocial risks derived from the organization's own idiosyncrasies.

- Planning and monitoring of preventive activity: Carry out the action plans resulting from the relevant assessments, as well as the management and monitoring of preventive documentation and annual prevention plans.

- Investigation and analysis of accident rates.

- Information and training of workers: Detect training needs, design, plan, and provide training in occupational health and safety matters.

- Coordination with the External Prevention Service: Act as an interlocutor with the external OHS service in the various contracted specialties.

- Management of the coordination of business activities (CAE).

- Monitoring of regulatory compliance and conducting internal audits regarding prevention matters.

- Health surveillance. Coordination of health surveillance campaigns, such as medical examinations, protocols, and actions involving especially sensitive workers.

- Preparation and coordination of emergency and self-protection plans. Coordinate or maintain updated emergency plans and measures for the centers.

- Participation in the negotiating commission for the organization's equality plan.

- Participation in LGTBI harassment protocols.
