The role

About the position

At ALDI, we are looking to bring a CRM Specialist into the Customer Dialogue & Engagement department, within the Marketing and Communications area.

The person will be a key piece in defining, executing, and optimizing the CRM strategy, leading communications directed at our customers throughout their entire lifecycle. They will work on designing and implementing automated campaigns, customer journeys, and loyalty, acquisition, and reactivation actions, with the goal of improving the customer experience, increasing engagement, and contributing to business growth.

They will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working cross-functionally with local and international teams, as well as with external agencies and other company departments.

What you'll do

  • Define and implement, together with the Digital Touchpoint Transaction Manager, the CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys based on the different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Email Marketing campaigns, Push Notifications, and other automated communications.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaigns, content, subject lines, creatives, and customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in acquisition, conversion, loyalty, reactivation, and retention processes.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure the correct implementation of campaigns, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and the allocated budget.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze the main KPIs of the area, preparing periodic performance reports that facilitate the extraction of insights and decision-making.
