Brochure Technician

ALDI and Randstad are joining forces in the search for the best talent. We are currently looking for a temporary leaflet technician profile for a duration of 5 months.

Important logistics company located in Noblejas needs to hire a Reach Truck and Pallet Jack Operator. Established company in the logistics sector.

• Review, correct, and verify the content of the weekly brochure developed by the external Advertising Agency.
• Provide support in the transmission of information relevant to the Communication Agency that affects the brochure content, acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and the design and production agencies.
• Coordinate the validation of campaign content within your area of responsibility with the different departments involved, ensuring the quality and consistency of the content.
• Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of the editorial and promotional calendar.
• Coordinate with distribution companies regarding print runs, dates, and other contractual conditions related to the brochure.
• Prepare the briefing for new products for the communication agency and other Communication areas.
• Perform maintenance of the product support guide.
• Report any incidents to your direct supervisor to ensure their resolution, guaranteeing quality and compliance with established deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to commercial and promotional communication processes.

What can you bring to us?

• University education in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of marketing and online and offline communication.
• Experience in developing and reviewing magazines and/or brochures, catalogs, promotional materials, or similar publications is highly valued.
• Minimum Spanish level: native/C2.
• Minimum Catalan level: B2.
• Minimum English level: B2.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders simultaneously.
