What we're looking for

University education: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, family office, private banking, or similar positions. Experience in the analysis, construction, and monitoring of investment portfolios, beyond the marketing of financial products. And solid knowledge of fixed income, money market funds, investment funds, deposits, and other financial instruments.
Languages: English level B2 or higher

Nice to have

Valuable: Master's in Finance, Financial Markets, or Portfolio Management. CFA, CIIA, EFA/EFPA, or equivalent certification. Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morningstar, or other financial tools.

What you'll do

Define, together with Management, what portion of financial resources must be maintained as operating liquidity, reserves, or capital susceptible to investment.
Analyze opportunities in deposits, fixed income, money market funds, investment funds, and other financial instruments compatible with the company's risk policy.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, private banking, asset managers, and brokers, comparing proposals independently and negotiating the best conditions.
Identify and control market, credit, counterparty, liquidity, and concentration risks, proposing limits and measures when necessary.
Prepare scenarios, reports, and investment or divestment proposals for Management, providing a clear and reasoned recommendation.
Prepare, manage, and monitor the portfolio, analyzing its profitability, risk, liquidity, maturities, costs, and diversification.
Coordinate with the Accounting, Tax, and Legal areas to ensure the correct recording, treatment, and documentation of operations.
