The role

We are building a plasterboard manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; Gypzero, an innovative and sustainable project that drives the industry towards the NetZero model.

You will work in the Production area of the new plasterboard plant, contributing directly to operational success.

What you'll do

  • Carrying out work at any point on the production line: Calcination, Additive and Paper Preparation, Mixer, Oven, Stacker, and Board Manufacturing Line, all in accordance with established work procedures.
  • Managing finished product and raw materials as required.
  • Keeping the forklift in optimal condition, ensuring the equipment is clean, performing basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning air filters, etc. Reporting any breakdown to the maintenance team and your supervisor.
  • Removing debris, wet and dry scrap, etc., from the designated collection areas around the plant, and organizing them according to your supervisor's instructions and internal plant policies.
  • Carrying out tasks associated with operating mobile equipment with total care, respecting occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Playing an active role in production, being attentive at all times to the manufacturing process to report any quality, mechanical, or other issues.
  • Complying with the provisions of the company's safety regulations, always using the required personal protective equipment.
  • Complying with the correct implementation of the company's continuous improvement programs, including 5S.
  • Keeping your documentation up to date that authorizes the operation of mobile equipment.
