What are we looking for?

• Computer Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Degree in Information Systems, ADE with technological specialization, Higher Degree in Systems Administration, Application Development, or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Functional Analyst, SAP Business One Functional Consultant, or SAP and Business Intelligence specialist.
• Demonstrable experience in the implementation, parameterization, support, and evolution of SAP Business One.
• Experience working with SAP Business One on SAP HANA.
• Experience in the design and development of reports and dashboards with Qlik Sense.
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and integration of information sources.
• Functional knowledge of purchasing, sales, inventory, logistics, production, and finance processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement.
• Experience participating in full projects: analysis, design, construction, testing, training, go-live, and support.
• Advanced Excel and good command of corporate productivity tools.
• Sufficient level of English to work with technical documentation and suppliers.
• Ability to manage projects and suppliers autonomously, with good communication, orientation toward the internal customer, and rigor in documentation and data quality.

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or continuous process companies will be valued.
• Knowledge of Service Layer, DI API, Integration Framework, SAP Business One REST APIs, Qlik Application Automation, NPrinting, ETL/ELT processes, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, .NET, MES, WMS, CRM, EDI, financial and analytical accounting, agile methodologies, and certifications in SAP Business One, SAP HANA, or Qlik Sense will be valued.

At Alier, we are looking to hire an SAP Business One and BI Functional Analyst to join the IT area, acting as a link between the user areas and the technical department. Their mission will be to analyze, design, implement, and improve functional solutions based on SAP Business One on SAP HANA and on Business Intelligence platforms, ensuring that business processes are correctly supported, integrated, and oriented toward decision-making.

We are looking for an analytical, organized person with a global vision of business processes, with experience in SAP Business One, reporting, and dashboards, and with the ability to coordinate with different areas, key users, suppliers, and technical teams.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Analyze the processes and functional requirements of the different areas of the company.
• Design functional solutions in SAP Business One and coordinate their implementation.
• Parameterize, maintain, and evolve the modules and processes supported by SAP Business One.
• Manage master data, authorizations, approval workflows, alerts, and queries.
• Model and improve business processes in purchasing, sales, inventory, production, logistics, finance, and controlling.
• Design and develop reports, analytical applications, and dashboards in Qlik Sense.
• Define KPIs, business rules, dimensions, measures, and data quality criteria.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency, traceability, and security of the data used in reporting and analysis.
• Analyze and exploit the SAP HANA database using SQL.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP Business One, Qlik Sense, and other corporate or industrial systems.
• Manage functional incidents and follow up on their resolution with users, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement, digitalization, and process transformation projects.
• Design and execute functional tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests.
• Document processes, configurations, developments, data models, and operating procedures.
• Train and provide support to key users and end users in the use of SAP Business One and Qlik Sense.
