Experience: Experience in industrial production roles. Previous experience

- Interpretation of quality instructions and procedures.
- Handling of basic measurement and control equipment.
- Recording and monitoring of production data.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices and industrial quality control is desirable.

Randstad manages for ALIER S.A., a leading company and benchmark in industrial sustainability, the direct hiring of a Quality Control Operator for its new gypsum board recycling plant at the Recycling Technology Park in Zaragoza.

ALIER S.A. is a benchmark company in the paper industry with almost two centuries of history. Founded in 1832, the company specializes in the manufacture of 100% recycled paper and cardboard and positions itself as the market leader in paper for gypsum boards.
It is headquartered in Roselló (Lérida), and they have announced the opening of a new industrial complex in Zaragoza, specifically in the Recycling Technology Park (PTR), located in La Cartuja Baja. The new site will focus on the manufacture of gypsum boards and sustainable construction solutions, integrating four fundamental pillars within the same premises: Production Plant, Recycling Plant, Biomass Plant, and Photovoltaic Park.

• Perform the typical tasks of a production operator in accordance with established procedures.
  - Carry out in-process quality controls following defined inspection plans.
  - Record control results and communicate any deviations detected during manufacturing.
  - Collaborate with Production and Quality in the identification and resolution of incidents related to the product or the process.
  - Verify that manufacturing parameters remain within established specifications.
  - Support the laboratory in performing tests, sampling, and other activities when required, acting as back-up personnel.
  - Keep production-associated quality records up to date.
  - Participate in continuous improvement actions aimed at increasing quality and reducing incidents.
  - Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations applicable to the position
