Chinese Interpreter/Translator

- Professional proficiency in Spanish and Chinese Mandarin, both oral and written.
- Demonstrable experience as a liaison interpreter in industrial, construction, or facility assembly environments.
- Basic knowledge of industrial technical terminology.
- Ability to work on-site and integrated within multicultural teams.
- Availability for daily travel to the work center in Zaragoza.

We will additionally value:
- Training or experience in projects of Chinese origin implemented in Spain.
- Experience in the commissioning of industrial facilities.

We are building a plasterboard manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; Gypzero, an innovative and sustainable project that drives the industry towards the NetZero model.

You will join the Maintenance Area, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager.
You will be part of a company with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency standards, where you will be fundamental in conveying and executing the directives of Management, ensuring the availability and reliability of the equipment.

• Interpretation in meetings

-Consecutive interpretation Spanish-Chinese Mandarin during daily
coordination meetings.
- Specific support to the Program Manager of the Chinese team and to the management staff of Alier S. A.

- Participation in construction progress, planning, and coordination meetings with contractors or auxiliary services

• Daily operational support
  - Accompanying Chinese personnel during the development of works.
  - Facilitating communication between the Chinese team and Spanish personnel.
  - Oral translation of operational instructions, procedures, and
  internal communications.
• Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)
  - Interpretation during safety training sessions.
  - Oral translation of safety regulations and preventive measures.
  - Support in safety talks, coordination meetings, and communications
  related to ORP.
• Training on auxiliary equipment - Interpretation during the training and qualification of Chinese team personnel for equipment handling, including, among others:
  - Forklifts.
  - Telehandlers.
  - Mobile elevating work platforms (if applicable).

-Other auxiliary equipment used on site.

• Translation of basic documentation

- Work procedures.
- Operational instructions.
- Internal communications.
- Signage and documentation

- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Dedication: 8 hours daily (40 hours weekly).
- Occasional availability to extend the working day or provide service on Saturdays, subject to prior authorization and independent economic assessment.
