We are looking for an Accounting, Audit and Internal Control Technician to reinforce Alier's closing, audit, and internal control processes. Under the supervision of the Administration, Accounting and Internal Control Manager, your mission will be to ensure that assigned balance sheet accounts are reconciled, documented, and prepared for audit, contributing to the reliability of financial information.

What you'll do

  • Accounting and monthly closing:
    • Keep monthly reconciliations and documentation for assigned balance sheet accounts up to date.
    • Analyze anomalous balances, suspense accounts, and old items, following up on incidents until resolution.
    • Provide support in the review of inventory, fixed assets, projects, subsidies, debt, provisions, accruals, and taxation.
    • Support the Senior Manager in monthly closing tasks.
  • Audit preparation and monitoring:
    • Prepare and keep the dossier of documentation requested by auditors (PBC) up to date, ensuring complete and traceable evidence.
    • Organize documentation for the interim audit in November 2026 and the final audit in March 2027.
    • Attend to auditor requests under the supervision of the Senior Manager.
    • Support circularizations and follow up on audit adjustments and incidents.
  • Internal control and document management:
    • Document controls, incidents, and corrective actions.
    • Verify that supporting documents and evidence are filed in an orderly manner and within established deadlines.
    • Collaborate in transforming audit recommendations into permanent controls.
    • Detect inconsistencies in balances or documentation and contribute to their resolution.
  • Collaboration and transversal support:
    • Coordinate information gathering with accounting, Operations, Projects, and advisors.
    • Provide support to the Senior Manager and cover operational closing and audit tasks when necessary.
    • Ensure clear communication and follow-up on pending information.
