What are we looking for?

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration, International Trade, or a Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or purchasing administration position.
• Experience working with SAP or other purchasing management ERPs.
• Minimum B2 English level.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Knowledge of accounting, supplier management, and chain of custody (PEFC/FSC) is valued.

At Alier we are looking to hire a Purchasing Technician to join the Supply area, providing support to the procurement process and contributing to ensuring the supply of materials and services necessary for the company's activity. We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive person, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and suppliers, and with the desire to participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage and monitor purchase orders in SAP.
• Coordinate the transport and logistics of purchases, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.
• Administratively manage the relationship with suppliers and keep their information updated in the internal systems.
• Analyze the evolution of raw material prices and monitor costs.
• Allocate transport costs into the purchase price and manage the associated documentation.
• Certify supplier incoming volumes when necessary.
• Manage reservations outside the daily limit and carry out the resulting administrative tasks.
• Provide support in billing control in coordination with the Administration Department.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of the Purchasing Department's ISO system, driving continuous improvement actions.
• Attend to reception according to the established schedule.
• Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention policies, maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.
