What we're looking for

Minimum Training: Industrial Engineering, Technician in Industrial Control or Maintenance, or technical Vocational Training (FP II).
Required Experience: Minimum 3 years leading teams in industrial environments.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, industrial electricity

The role

We are building a plasterboard manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; Gypzero, an innovative and sustainable project that drives the industry towards the NetZero model.

You will join the Production area, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
You will be a fundamental link, coordinating and collaborating with other critical areas such as Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Laboratory.

What you'll do

Operations Management: Ensure the operational continuity of the production line and supervise the operation in the field, detecting and correcting anomalies.
Team Leadership: Direct, coordinate, and motivate the team, distributing tasks and resources according to the production schedule.
Critical Decision Making: Detect incidents and make immediate decisions in the face of deviations, and even stop the line when necessary for safety, scrap, or unresolved failures.
Quality and Continuous Improvement: Control and validate production records, and participate actively in the search for root causes and the implementation of operational improvements.
Shift Administration: Prepare and send the shift closing report and control schedules, absences, and the organization of replacements.
